At Sigma Alumni Foundation, we know that change starts with people like you. SAF is working to acquire permanent housing for the Theta Tau Sigma Chapter at The Ohio State University — a house that will serve engineering students for generations.
A permanent chapter house means more than just a roof over students' heads. It means a stable environment that fosters study, mentorship, community, and the development of future engineering leaders.

The primary use of campaign funds is the conventional down payment for acquisition of the chapter house at 1946 Indianola Ave, Columbus, OH.
A portion of funds supports necessary repairs and renovations to ensure the house is safe, functional, and welcoming for engineering students.
Remaining mortgage costs are covered through rental income from residents and ongoing donations from alumni, ensuring long-term sustainability.
If the fundraising goal is not met within the campaign period, all donated funds remain within the nonprofit and are redirected toward scholarships and professional development programs for engineering students. Your gift always benefits OSU engineering students — no matter what.
